Jessica Bataille is pleased to offer you this illustrated book, to narrate the story of one of the most beautiful gardens in Spain: the Jardín de l’Albarda. An oasis awarded in 2002 with the Magister in Landscape Architecture prize by the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Through the promotion of places like this, Jessica Bataille Studio aims not only to inform but also to preserve the richness of Valencian fauna, flora, architecture, and arts.

Jessica Bataille Group's partnership with the Fundem Foundation, founded by Enrique Montoliu, embodies a shared dedication to preserving the Mediterranean's natural heritage. The Fundem Foundation, committed to the conservation of Mediterranean flora and fauna, aligns seamlessly with Jessica Bataille's ethos of integrating sustainability and nature into lifestyle and design. This collaborative effort is beautifully showcased in El Jardín de L'Albarda, a 50,000 m2 paradise with over 700 species of native plants, envisioned by Enrique Montoliu. This garden, a tribute to the elegance of Valencian Renaissance gardens, encapsulates the vision and values both of its creator, Montoliu, and of Jessica Bataille. Together, they invite everyone to explore and appreciate this Mediterranean jewel, further solidifying their commitment to environmental conservation and the celebration of natural beauty.
