Mario Attard is a versatile artist whose work in ceramics and glass bridges the worlds of nature and art. Based in Madrid, Mario’s artistic journey began in Valletta, Malta, and was shaped by his studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and the Rhode Island School of Design.
His work captures the raw beauty of natural textures like rock formations, ocean waves, and earthy patterns. He finds endless fascination in clay, a medium he describes as “revealing its magic” during each firing, transforming unpredictably into something entirely new.
